Come unwind with Megan for 2 hours of intentional relaxation to establish and support the mind-body connection. Our busy lives create a build up of residual energy that prevents us from feeling truly at ease. Relaxation is a powerful tool in reconnecting to your sense of self and restoring your connection to a higher purpose, aiding to combat the effects of stress on the body and mind. In this workshop you will learn about the benefits of relaxation and be guided into a deep state of relaxation with the use of Movement, Guided Meditation, Reiki and Essential Oils. Megan will create a peaceful, healing environment that will leave you with a clear mind and an experiential understanding of how relaxation supports your well-being.
