Yoga. Yoga is breath. Yoga is light. Yoga is letting go. Letting go of what happened yesterday, last month, last year. Letting go of your thoughts about what might happen next week, next month, next year. Yoga is being present.
Yoga is strength. Yoga is challenging. Your body will learn new things about itself each time you hit the mat. Yoga increases flexibility. Yoga strengthens your core. Yoga is hot… well, at least at Priya it is.
Yoga is fun. Yoga is creative. Yoga is empowering. Yoga is humbling. You know how "they" say when you fall, just dust yourself off and try again? This will literally happen to you.
Yoga is peace. Yoga is community. Yoga is love.
Yoga is whatever you want it to be, which is what makes it so very special.
We are two best friends that share the same passion for the practice, and everything it has brought to our lives. Our vision was to create a beautiful space where you can come to take care of yourself- mind, body, and soul. Whatever it is that brings you to the mat, whatever yoga is for you, we are SO happy and grateful to be a part of it.
