I first found yoga going through some digestive health and stress issues, i found help from a naturopath who quickly recognised my lifestyle choices were not helping my overall well being. I began practicing yoga in 2012 and fell in love with Vinyasa and Yin yoga simply as a way to disconnect from the outside world and focus solely on me. I find the connection between breath and movement through a strong flow class so empowering. I wanted to share this and take it further deepening my own practice and completing my 200hr yttc at Sampoorna Goa.
My classes are designed for all levels and offer a dynamic challenging power flow that leaves you floating out of class.
