Sarah had her first experience with yoga at a Bikram studio in college, but did not fully embrace her practice until finding vinyasa studio in her hometown several years later. She started practicing yoga for a low-impact form of physical exercise after experiencing a concussion and minor injuries from a car accident, but stayed for the mental and spiritual benefits. After encouragement from the studio's owner, Sarah completed her 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Alliance. She currently volunteers at the Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center teaching yoga for cancer patients, survivors and caretakers. With a background in engineering and biomedical sciences, Sarah focuses on alignment and connecting movement with breath. She offers a fun playlist with mindful, but challenging flows, allowing her students to explore their practice and bodies.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Vigorous Flow)
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Vigorous Flow) is a high energy, vigorous vinyasa (meaning, relatively fast-paced and one breath per movement for a portion of the class) flow, targeting core and over all strength building. Our vigorous class will stretch, flex and work your entire body. Arm balances and inversions may be offered, along with modifications appropriate for beginners. Expect to move & sweat!
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels)
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (All Levels) is a physically challenging, strength-building, heated Vinyasa Yoga class. Expert instructors will guide students through a unique sequence of yoga poses linked together by breath. Appropriate for those looking to cultivate cardio-vascular endurance and flexibility, clear the mind, and invigorate the body in a non-threatening environment. Be prepared to sweat!
