Hope G recently re-relocated back to Philadelphia, after several months away in Denver Co. Calling both the East and West Coasts home, her classes also reflect a merging of several styles. Hope's first 200hr training was at The Kripalu Center for Health in 2007. Since then, she has completed a number of other RYT certified trainings, several of them from Corepower Yoga in California, including Advanced Teacher Training and YogaSculpt. Additional intensive studies have included work with Ana Forrest, Sri Dharma Mittra and many other gifted yogis who have inspired her to keep studying!
Rooted in the Power Vinyasa flow tradition, she also layers in other influences to create a fun, safe alignment based flow class with sequences designed to both challenge and uplift. Music is also intentionally set to help inspire your practice. Her goal is to provide you with a place to be fully present with yourself, continuing your journey on the path of well being and strength....in all aspects; body/mind/ heart.

Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Vigorous Flow)
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (Vigorous Flow) is a high energy, vigorous vinyasa (meaning, relatively fast-paced and one breath per movement for a portion of the class) flow, targeting core and over all strength building. Our vigorous class will stretch, flex and work your entire body. Arm balances and inversions may be offered, along with modifications appropriate for beginners. Expect to move & sweat!
